After a "complimentary site visit", Space Harmony designs and prepares a detailed planning of all the furniture, accessories, arts and greenery that is needed for the space. For larger properties, we recommend staging at least the main living area and the master suit. Smaller or odd shaped rooms should also be staged as it’s difficult for buyers to imagine what to do with an odd space. Design and planning takes about 2-3 days, installation usually takes few hours. When your property is sold, we come back and take down everything.

Home Staging for Occupied Properties:

Home staging is not only a perfect solution for vacant spaces but also is very important for minimally or full furnished properties. After a "complimentary site visit" by Space Harmony, we come up with a thorough planning for rearranging owner’s furniture to maximize the space, adding necessary items that might be lacking (plant, art and accessories) or removing extra items. Depending on the size of the property, this is usually a one day job.  As professional stagers, we’ll provide the home owner with a complete list of what needs to be addressed from pets to personal collections, to broaden the appeal of the house to a wide array of potential buyers.
